		<description>Hi David, so pleasant to browse your running blog; wonderful photos jog my memories of visits past. The sea wall is one of my favorites. I can relate to your reluctance to run in cold and wet. Friday I did my first run in about two weeks. Thankfully it was mild and still, though very dark. I made the loop around Green Lake, sucking in the scent of rotting leaves. Sweet! Did you really do a 100 mile run?! I would love to hear about it! I still recommend reading &quot;Born to Run&quot;, both fun and interesting as well as fast moving!
